Our goal is to make your learning experience smooth and beneficial. While we encourage all students to carefully review the course information, demo lessons, and free resources before making a purchase, we understand there may be situations where a refund is necessary.

Refunds are handled according to the conditions mentioned below and in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of purchase.

  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course material or attended more than one live session.

  • You have not downloaded the majority of the downloadable resources (PDFs, videos, templates, etc.).

  • The course or training program content was significantly different from what was advertised on our website or promotional materials.

  • Technical issues prevented you from accessing the course, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window.

  • You have completed more than 20% of the course or attended most live sessions.

  • You received a course certificate of completion or achievement.

  • Accessing and/or downloading significant parts of the course content.

  • Refund requests based on a change of mind after course progress.

  • Purchases made during special discounts, flash sales, or bundled offers (unless required by law).

  • In-person workshops or events once the training has started.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email info@procertlearning.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Order ID]”.

  2. Include your full name, contact number, purchase date, course name, and reason for requesting a refund.

  3. Our support team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and review it within 5 business days.

  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.


5. Refund for Course Cancellations by Us

If ProCert Learning cancels a course, training program, or workshop for any reason (such as low enrollment, trainer unavailability, or technical issues):

  • You will receive a full refund of your purchase.

  • Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to another course of equal value without extra cost.


6. Special Notes for Subscription Plans

If you have subscribed to a monthly or yearly training plan:

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime; however, refunds will only be provided for unused future months if cancellation is made within 7 days of the last payment.

  • No prorated refunds are available for partially used subscription periods.


7. Important Considerations

  • Refunds will be processed only to the original payment source.

  • International transactions may take longer due to banking and currency conversion timelines.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of misuse, dishonest claims, or violation of our Terms of Service.
